8/15: 30 Day Shred - Level 1
8/16: 30 Day Shred - Level 2, 3 sprint runs (1 block each - sprint block, jog back)
8/17: 30 Day Shred - Level 2
8/18: Yoga Meltdown - Level 2
8/19: 30 Day Shred - Level 2
8/20: OFF DAY
8/21: OFF DAY
8/22: Yoga Meltdown - Level 2, weights from Body by Bethenney

Maybe this month, I'll quit drinking Mt. Dew and watch what I eat? HA!

ReplyDeleteAnd, yeh, exercise isn't in my vocabulary. I wish it was. In my dictionary exercise means watching HGTV while reading a book vigorously.
